I'm betting on Health and AI

AI will make us live longer

I'm diving headfirst into the health apps industry!

You know what's crazy? The global digital health market is exploding faster than my coffee addiction. We're talking about 10% each year. Not just numbers – we're seeing AI diagnosing diseases faster than traditional methods and smartwatches predicting heart issues before they happen.

Here's the thing that gets me SUPER excited: We're at this wild intersection where AI meets human health. Think about it – your phone already knows when you sleep (probably better than you do 😅). But we're just scratching the surface.

Some ideas keeping me up at night:

  • Personalized nutrition apps that actually understand YOUR body

  • Health tracking that doesn't make you feel like a data scientist to understand it

The kicker? Big Tech is pouring billions into this space. Apple's turning the Watch into a medical device. Google's DeepMind is revolutionizing protein folding.

But you know what they're missing? The human touch. The understanding of what it feels like to be overwhelmed by health data.

That's where we come in, builders! 🚀

I'm spending less time doomscrolling Twitter and more time learning about healthcare APIs. My friend Dan (yeah, the same one who calls me a Labrador) thinks I'm crazy for switching focus. But hey, the best ideas always sound a little crazy at first, right?

Quick life update: Still doing my morning surf sessions (keeps the mind sharp), but now I'm also diving deep into health research. My gf says I'm becoming a walking WebMD. She's probably not wrong! 😂

Real talk: Building in the health space is HARD. But that's exactly why it matters. We're not just chasing another trending market – we're building stuff that could literally save lives.

I'll keep shipping. You keep building. Let's make health tech that actually helps people.

P.s I’ve launched an iOS app to help you analyze your nutrition

Take care and stay healthy!
